Free standard delivery on all orders of € 30 and above

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of €30.00 and above. Please note, this free standard delivery charge is only applicable to the final basket amount. If you would like to return your order, our returns policy gives you a 30-day window in which to send your item back free of charge, for a full refund. We aim to deliver most items within 4-6 working days, though this may take longer for remote or island locations. Direct delivery is by our approved suppliers.

Additional information

All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. If you are not in, we will leave your parcel with a neighbour and drop a card through your letter box. If the package is small enough we will post it through your letter box. Or, if neither of these options are possible, we will drop a card through your letter box detailing your local pick up points.

On rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published time windows.

Please note, we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example, communal postal addresses or PO box. If this affects an order you have placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
